With over 20 years of experience, Ms. Josephine is a seasoned Facilitator for First Aid and Sports Programs. She is recognized as a Certified Chief Instructor by SRFAC, a NROC Coach, SMF Instructor, and a registered MOE instructor. With a proven track record of delivering high-impact, compliant training across all age groups, she emphasizes experiential learning, emergency preparedness, and practical, hands-on application.

As Chief Instructor, she delivers hands-on, experiential training that emphasizes real-world applications. Her approach fosters a proactive mindset, empowering participants to effectively apply first aid during emergencies.

Ms. Josephine holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Computer Science from National University of Singapore, and Specialist Diploma in Outdoor and Adventure Learning. She is a certified instructor across multiple recognized bodies.
