Quality Policy
WSH360 Solutions Pte. Ltd. are committed to providing high-quality education and learning experiences that meet our learners’ and interested parties’ requirements, as well as regulatory and statutory requirements
We put high priority on the importance of meeting the needs and expectations of learners, including the protection of their data security and privacy, and also ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of these data.
We will emphasize on ongoing evaluation and improvement of processes and services to enhance quality.
We are committed to complying with applicable requirements and standards, continually improving the effectiveness of our quality management system.
We will actively involve learners, facilitators, and administrators in our quality initiatives to ensure that our services are continually improving and meeting the needs of our stakeholders.
Quality Objective
The Quality objectives of WSH360 Solutions Pte. Ltd. are in keeping with the Quality Policy and making provision for constant improvement.
The Management, together with the ISO committee and the departments concerned are responsible for setting out the Quality objectives and for their periodic monitoring and updating. The following objectives have been set out:
– To achieve minimum 75% of above 3 score in the Learner’s satisfaction survey (Course Evaluation and Feedback)
– Not more than 3, below 3 score received per month in the Learner’s satisfaction survey (Course Evaluation and Feedback).
– Not more than 2 Non-Conformances (NCs) received per month from the Customer.
– To achieve 90% or above on the average monthly passing rate for the courses within our scope of registration.
