He has also served as a Fire Fighter with the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF), where he gained extensive frontline experience in emergency response and incident management. His unique blend of operational expertise and learning development enables him to deliver practical, competency-based training that strengthens workforce capability and fosters a strong safety culture.

As Training and Development Manager at WSH360 Solutions Pte. Ltd., Mr. Iqbal leads the day-to-day operations of the training centre, overseeing programme planning, curriculum development, trainer management, resource coordination, and quality assurance.
