Having successfully transitioned from hands-on emergency response as a fireman into specialized safety consultancy, he has built a strong reputation for developing resilient safety cultures across diverse, high-risk industries. He is highly regarded for his systematic approach to instructional design, regulatory audit compliance, and managing complex training center workflows under strict pressure.

At WSH360 Solutions, he manages the daily operations and strategic direction of the training center. He oversees curriculum frameworks, course proposal compliance and resource allocation. Leveraging deep operational expertise, he ensures strict adherence to SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) and ISO compliance frameworks while maintaining seamless training delivery and client satisfaction.

Mr. Iqbal holds a Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP) from the Institute for Adult Learning (IAL) .
