With over 20 years of experience in first aid, sports education, and professional training, Ms. Josephine is a highly accomplished educator with extensive expertise in emergency response, experiential learning, and instructor development. Throughout her career, she has successfully delivered high-quality, standards-based training to learners of all ages, promoting emergency preparedness, practical competency, and lifelong learning.

As Chief Instructor at WSH360 Solutions Pte. Ltd., Ms. Josephine leads the delivery of first aid through engaging, hands-on learning experiences that reflect real-world scenarios. Her learner-centred approach equips participants with the knowledge, practical skills, and confidence to respond effectively during emergencies while fostering a culture of safety, preparedness, and resilience.

Ms. Josephine holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Computer Science from the National University of Singapore and a Specialist Diploma in Outdoor and Adventure Learning. She is also a certified instructor with multiple recognised professional and regulatory bodies, reflecting her commitment to instructional excellence, professional development, and advancing competency in first aid and emergency response.
