With over 20 years of experience in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH), Mr. Zamri Kamar is an experienced HSE professional with a proven track record in leading safety excellence across major infrastructure, engineering, and construction projects. An award-winning industry practitioner, he is recognised for his expertise in risk management, regulatory compliance, workforce development, and implementing practical safety solutions that enhance operational performance and organisational resilience.

As HSE & Training Manager at WSH360 Solutions Pte. Ltd., Mr. Zamri supports the company’s day-to-day operations across HSE consultancy, professional training, and workforce development services. Working closely with clients and industry stakeholders, he delivers practical safety solutions, facilitates competency-based training, and provides technical guidance to help organisations strengthen regulatory compliance, enhance workforce capability, and cultivate a sustainable safety culture.

Mr. Zamri holds a Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic, an Advanced Diploma in Mass Communication from MDIS, and a Master of Science in Process Safety & Risk Management from Newcastle Research & Innovation Institute. He is also a certified Workplace Safety and Health professional and accredited trainer with multiple recognised professional and regulatory bodies, reflecting his passion for developing competent safety professionals and advancing Workplace Safety and Health standards across the industry.
